NED Director
Join LLSE as a Non-Executive Director
LLSE is a not-for-profit community interest company dedicated to supporting schools and colleges through leadership development, consultancy, and project management. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking to appoint a new Non-Executive Director (NED) to strengthen the expertise of our Board.
We are looking for outstanding individuals who share our vision: that every child and young person flourishes in schools where incredible teachers, leaders and support staff inspire and enable learning. Our mission is to energise, support and develop school professionals at every stage of their career, and to foster system-wide improvement through strategic partnerships and collaboration.
The Board plays a vital role in shaping LLSE’s strategic direction, ensuring accountability, and upholding our values of equity, inclusion, innovation, and professional trust. The NED role is voluntary, with expenses reimbursed, and involves attending four Board meetings and three Committee meetings per year, either in person or virtually.
