The curriculum and content have been designed in such a way to consider an individual’s work / life balance whilst giving participants the knowledge and confidence to implement their learning and create impact in their setting. 
Everyone who studies an LLSE NPQ is supported by a coach, who helps participants to reflect on their learning and think about how to put it into practice in context.
