Post NPQ study routes

What to do next after your NPQ?

We know that undertaking an NPQ can often ignite an interest in further study and a desire to continue your lifelong learning journey as a leader. As a result, participants often explore post graduate qualifications to pursue following their NPQ. LLSE are delighted to partner with a number of Universities who recognise work on our NPQ programmes and provide post graduate level recognition of it against the requirements of their Masters’ level courses.

We recognise that most school leaders are likely to want to pursue these qualifications on a part time basis, alongside their work. As such, the partnerships we offer are all able to accommodate part time, and often also primarily online study routes. For those who want to attend in person, this is often also an option. These partnerships also aim to minimise any repetition of content already undertaken, and often reduce the work required to achieve a Masters’ level qualification.

We really encourage you to explore these study routes with our trusted partners in the next step of your professional development journey.
