Supervision involves working with an experienced practitioner to examine and analyse your practice with a view to identifying ways it can be improved for your clients, pupils and yourself. Supervision is both developmental and protective, and is an essential part of professional development for practitioners.
At LLSE we offer supervision for coaches. We believe this supports our coach community, and encourages them to be focused on their development. We also offer statutory Early Years supervision for those who are involved in the care of young children. Both services are offered by selected professionals with the skills, qualifications and experience necessary.
