LLSE’s programmes are facilitated by expert school leaders who bring their knowledge and insights to enhance the delivery.
The quality of facilitation is a key ingredient to the success of the programmes.
Full training is provided, using LLSE’s Facilitator Competencies and facilitators are provided with the programme materials and facilitation guidance. Regular Community of Practice workshops and feedback surveys provide ongoing development, the opportunity to network with other facilitators, and to contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of the programmes.
What are the expectations of LLSE Facilitators?
If you choose to become a facilitator on any of LLSE’s programmes, you will be supported to develop your skills as a facilitator of adult learning. Your role plays a significant part in transforming leadership development, behaviour and skills by helping participants to be reflexive, questioning their own attitudes, assumptions and habits and to use evidence, data and others’ perspectives to reflect on their developing practice in their own context.
How do I become an LLSE Facilitator?

What training will I receive as a facilitator?
All LLSE facilitators receive comprehensive training. Initial training reinforces the competencies and establishes the shared expectations of expert facilitation. Initial training is always followed by specific induction to the particular programme(s) that you will be facilitating.
