Once you complete your ECF training, you may want to consider an NPQ.
All LLSE’s NPQs build directly and seamlessly on the Early Career Framework training. Be sure to make a plan to undertake a Specialist NPQ when you feel ready.

Middle Leadership
If you are, or aspire to be a middle leader, you may be interested in our Middle Leaders programme which supports you to focus on the leadership skills you need in a first leadership role. It explores the skills of leadership, and the differences to management and will support you in leading your team(s).
Our EmpowerEd programme will enable Middle Leaders to gain practical skills within their roles and confidence within their days to day responsibilities. This course is designed to be implemented across a whole school or trust to ensure a consistent impact and leadership knowledge and understanding for all Middle Leaders.
