Ana has over 14 years of experience in digital transformation and strategic leadership, and is currently an Enterprise Sales Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she leads initiatives that help organisations leverage technology to drive innovation and sustainable growth.

Previously, as Head of the Accenture AWS Business Group for UK, Ireland and Africa, Ana led complex digital transformation programmes working across industries including Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, and Media & Entertainment. Her experience includes developing and implementing technology solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and accessibility, skills that align with LLSE's mission to support education professionals throughout their careers.

Ana joined the LLSE Board in January 2024, driven by a belief that technology can play a crucial role in supporting educational excellence and professional development. She is particularly passionate about fostering innovation in education whilst maintaining focus on equity and inclusion. Through her role as mentor at Future Foundations, she actively supports young people, particularly girls, in considering careers in technology.

Alongside her board role at LLSE, Ana holds an MBA from London Business School and serves as an Advisory Board Member at Be the Business, where she supports organisations in developing their digital capabilities. She believes that by combining educational expertise with innovative approaches, we can create more effective and accessible development opportunities for school professionals, ultimately benefiting children and young people across our communities.
