Louise is a School Improvement Executive working with schools across the South East, providing strategic support and coaching to leaders across a range of educational contexts.

With over 20 years’ experience in education, including more than a decade in school leadership and eight years as an Executive Leader, Louise brings strong system-level insight and a clear moral purpose. While her professional heart lies in primary education, she also has experience of – and a keen interest in – the secondary phase.

Louise is particularly committed to advocating for disadvantaged children and is passionate about the power of reading, outdoor learning and the creative arts. She is also a strong advocate for sustainable leadership and positive work–life balance in education.

Her coaching style is facilitative, collaborative and person-centred, with a focus on empowerment and solution-focused dialogue. Known for her empathy and ability to build rapport quickly, Louise supports leaders to draw on their own strengths and insight to navigate challenges and realise their potential.

Louise is currently studying for the Master Coach of Great Britain and Ireland (MCGI) in Executive and Senior Leadership Coaching and is completing the NPQ in Executive Leadership (NPQEL).
