Sandra Whiles is a certified coach, facilitator and mentor, with extensive experience in public sector leadership, including serving as a District Council Chief Executive. Her leadership career includes working across complex systems, developing effective partnerships and leading innovation to improve outcomes for communities.

 
Sandra now works with senior leaders and leadership teams across education and the wider public sector, supporting them to think systemically, collaborate across boundaries and turn shared ambition into practical action. Her work is grounded in reflective practice, learning and supportive challenge, and she is particularly interested in how coaching can support leadership capacity and cultural change at scale.

Sandra has a strong belief in the power of shared ambition and collective leadership, and is particularly passionate about building coaching cultures that enable people, organisations and systems to learn, adapt and thrive.

 
Alongside her executive client work, Sandra supports other coaches  in terms of business and professional development, loves to travel, indulges in a range of creative hobbies, is a wife, a mum and indulgent granny to 4 little ones
