Directors

Iain is Executive Headteacher of Kingsnorth CE Primary School in Ashford, alongside his roles of Strategic Lead for the Kingsnorth English Hub and the Kent Associate Research School. He works very closely with the DfE, the EEF and KCC in these roles.
Iain has a wealth of experience in school leadership, is a member of the Chartered College of Teaching and is a representative on many boards across Kent and the South East. 
Iain has recently joined the LLSE Board as Director, because he passionately believes in developing and supporting school leaders. School leaders are the source of our school led system, and Iain will work tirelessly to help LLSE develop our future school leaders. 
Iain has been working as a coach since 2010. He has since had training with Institute of Education and from a variety of leaders in coaching. He is a strong believer in coaching for the individual and for the work place. He recognises that the key to self-improvement lies within us all and a school to school self-improving model relies on great school teams.
