What is the CSM Directory

The CSM system is an online directory and booking system that enables professionals across all industries to find experienced coaches, professional supervision specialists, and mentors who offer a wide range of support packages to purchase.

Through the CSM system, we help connect individuals looking for high-quality professional support with experienced coaches, supervisors and mentors who can provide the services they need, at a cost-effective price. These services are designed to help those individuals reflect, develop, and grow within safe and supportive spaces.

All providers listed on the directory are vetted to ensure they are highly experienced and/or hold relevant qualifications, guaranteeing a high standard of guidance and practice.

How do I find the best person to support me?

The CSM directory has been designed to be user friendly, making it easy to find the right support for you or your team.
Start by selecting the sector you work in - Business/Organisation, Education, or the Public Sector. You can then refine your search using a range of filters, including:

  • Type of service
  • Areas of specialism
  • Location

Whether you are seeking support in a certain area, looking for specific expertise, or prefer someone local, the directory allows you to tailor your search to meet your needs.

If you require additional support or cannot find what you are looking for, please contact our team coaching@llse.org.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I book and pay for the package of support I want?

For all 1:1 sessions:

Once you have identified the right person to support you, you can click the link at the bottom of their profile to be taken directly to the LLSE CSM store. In the store you will see different categories of support. If you click the category, you can then view the different package options. The per session cost is usually less expensive the more sessions you book. Simply add the package to your shopping basket and check out.

As part of the checkout process we will ask for some information which will help us ensure the person you want to work with is fully informed about your needs.

For group sessions:

These are arranged on specific dates and with specific providers. These can be purchased directly from the LLSE CSM store by scrolling to the bottom of the page and finding the group you wish to join in the Other Courses and Products Section. If you cannot find a suitable group session, please drop us a message at coaching@llse.org.uk.

If there is something you would like which is not available as a package on the CSM system, please contact us as coaching@llse.org.uk and a member of the team will get back in touch with you to discuss how we can help.

Can I apply as a service provider to join the directory?

Yes. To apply, simply complete our online application form here. As part of the process, you will be asked to provide details of your experience, qualifications, and a professional reference.

If you are already listed on the CSM directory and would like to update or add to your profile, please email the details to coaching@llse.org.uk

The value of coaching, mentoring and supervision

Every professional, regardless of experience or role, has scope to grow and develop. Periods of uncertainty, increased responsibility, change, and pressure may be what brings people to seek professional support, but others seek it out to sharpen their practice, develop new skills or just have a space to reflect and work on their own professional ambitions.

Seeking support is not a sign that something is wrong; it is a proactive and purposeful step towards reflection, development, and long-term sustainability. It reflects the reality that no matter how good we already are, we can always improve.

At LLSE, we believe that effective professional development is continuous and coaching, supervision, and mentoring are important tools on that development journey. We frequently receive feedback that indicates individuals and teams benefit from accessing these services.

“My coach has been proactive, highly engaged and consistently enthusiastic... She listens attentively, creates a supportive space for professional dialogue and values my ideas with genuine interest. Her contributions are thoughtful and purposeful, helping me to refine and strengthen my thinking further. The coaching conversations feel collaborative and forward-focused, ensuring I leave each session with clarity, confidence and actionable next steps.”
