When can I start

Once you have booked through our CSM Directory, we will then be in touch with the specialist you have selected, for them to contact you directly and organise the sessions.

Can this coaching supervision be as a group or individual?

We offer both options depending on your needs.

Who will the supervisors be?

EYFS supervisors will be experienced EYFS practitioners with coaching experience. They will either have been a senior leader or EYFS manager in an EYFS setting or will be an EYFS practitioner with significant coaching or supervision experience. You can view all of their profiles here.
Hours purchased can be spent as required in consultation with the coach and depending on their availability on the booking platform. Session length can be flexible, so a 3-hour package can be spent in either 3 1-hour sessions or 2 90-minute sessions. 

What’s is EYFS supervision?

EYFS settings have a statutory requirement to provide supervision of staff who have contact with children, families and carers. EYFS Supervision provides professional one to one support away from the children and direct work environment. Effective supervision provides support, coaching, and training for the member of staff and promotes the best interests of children. Supervision fosters a culture of mutual support, teamwork, and continuous improvement, which encourages the confidential discussion of sensitive issues. It provides opportunities to:

  • Discuss any issues – particularly concerning children’s development or wellbeing, including child protection concerns.
  • Identify solutions to address issues as they arise.
  • Receive coaching to improve their personal effectiveness.

Supervision can be delivered in a variety of ways, either individually or as part of a group.

Will this take place in-person or online?

Sessions will normally take place online.
