Vicky Tyler
Operations Administrator
I joined LLSE in January 2022 and am the Programme Administrator for the Kent Inclusion Leadership Programme.
After working as a Project Administrator within the construction industry for over 10 years, I am enjoying being able to bring my admin skills and experience into the education sector and continue to enjoy learning new skills and meeting new people along the way.
What I enjoy most about my role is knowing that I am part of a programme that will benefit children and adults, by helping them to work collaboratively with one another, improving their school to become more inclusive in many ways.
Alongside the Kent Inclusion Leader Programme, I also support the Director of Improvement with scheduling quality advisor visits for the NPQs, liaising with both the quality advisors and the delivery partners. I am also the main point of contact for the LLSE Coaches, assisting them with their applications and any queries they may have.
When I am not at work I enjoy bike rides with my brother and countryside hikes with my dog.
